If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us at Help@sevenarry.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide a refund.

1.3 Size or Fit Issues

If you encounter size or fit issues, we can exchange the size of a product but refund is not acceptable in this case or please contact us at Help@sevenarray.com to discuss possible solutions.
